Individual adult
psychotherapy
As adults, we often turn to therapy when we feel disconnected from joy or overwhelmed by personal, relational, family, or work-related challenges. Anxiety, stress, sadness, and a loss of interest in life can push us to seek support.
Drawing from Relational Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, I see therapy as a collaborative space where past relational patterns—especially those rooted in early attachments—can surface and be explored in the context of a supportive, equal relationship. My role is to continuously tailor my approach to each person’s unique needs, the course of their therapy, and the dynamics between us. Building a strong “therapeutic” relationship helps bring forward the inner self and ultimately supports resolution of the issues that brought the person to therapy in the first place.
